Thanks all that joined us for PCC's in San Diego this year. The competition was intense in both divisions and finished with hard-fought Finals. In the Open Division Rumble Fish won the tournament, Club Puck took second and home team San Diego was third. In the Mixed Division, Club Puck takes the Gold, followed by Pesky Piranhas and the home team in third. |

FREE LIVE COVERAGE OF CMAS 13TH UNDERWATER HOCKEY EUROPEAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2010

Dear Underwater Hockey Fan
We are
delighted to be bringing you live coverage from Oporto in Portugal from
this prestigious event with many of the top teams in the world going
head to head at the superb Clube Fluvial Portuense swimming pool
Complex.

The 247
team of Mike and Mark have made amazing separate trips via Road from
the UK to Portugal and we are producing all the usual superb services
to the excellent team of organisers at Porto. We have improved our
software from previous events and are producing Live Scoreboards on
site but also online which are linked into our live webcasts.
The teams themselves also have stories to tell on how they reached the venue from far and wide.
We are
grateful to the referees at the venue who are giving us brilliant
camerawork of the matches and allowing us to follow exactly what is
going on. We really appreciate your help.
Full online details of the matches are available at http://www.247.tv/uwhdraw/index.php?option=com_hzleaguemanager&view=leagues&Itemid=1
All
matches from both pools are live and free for you to view and higher
quality replays are being loaded within a day or two of the match
taking place for a small fee. The internet connection on site does not
allow high quality live webcasts but we are able to bring you good
coverage of the matches but the replays will be much better, and of
course you can download these to keep yourself forever.
Don’t forget the we have lots of matches from our other two major Underwater Hockey events at http://www.247.tv/index.php?men=PAGE74&selsp=8&mpage2=channel where we have DVD quality replays (in DivX) of the big finals.
SEE YOU THERE

The San Francisco Sea Lions Underwater Hockey Club is proud to
announce the 3rd Annual San Francisco Regional Tournament, to be held
on March 27 at the City College pool in San Francisco.
This will be a potluck event and players of all experience and skill
levels are encouraged to attend. This event is especially meant to
give players with NO tournament experience the opportunity to play a
whole day of high level games with outstanding teammates. You're
having fun at practice, now is your chance to taste competitive hockey
Even potluck teams will be created by a random system that accounts
for player skill levels. Skill levels will be assigned before the draw
based on your self-rating and input from fellow players. Please rate
your skill level on the registration site. Teams will be announced
when you arrive at the pool on Saturday morning.
